Should e-voting system replace analog voting system?

My persuasive argument thesis is: e-voting system should replace analog voting system

1.  What do people already know about my topic?

1. analog voting system : Analog voting system is a voting system that allows people to vote with their special paper in special place. It means that people should go polling place to vote. However many people already know that analog voting system has many problems. For example, disabled people who can't move can't vote and those who are busy with their work can't vote. However it can be done with security because we just have to secure boxes that contain paper-votes.

2. e-voting system : E-voting system is a voting system  that allows people to vote with their computer with internet. It means that people don't have to go polling place. People can vote in home or company. This trait makes participants of vote increase. However, with traits of internet, the results of vote can be changed by hacking of cyber terror and it has not been used widely and popularly.

2. What research has already been done about my topic?

1. I have research that is about real example of e-voting system rather than analog voting system. http://news.kmib.co.kr/article/view.asparcid=0922791583&code=11141100&cp=nv There is one real example of e-voting system in Italy. The number of people who want independence of Veneto was lower than  the number of people who don't want independence of Veneto and this result was shown in e-voting immediately. I can refer that Europe has used e-voting system.

2. I have information that is about analog voting system. http://search.naver.com/search.naver?where=nexearch&query=%EB%8C%80%EC%84%A0&sm=top_hty&fbm=1&ie=utf8 The number of participants who vote with analog voting system is decreasing. According to research from 통계청, in Korean president election that use analog voting system, the number of participants who vote is decreasing because of some weakness of analog voting system. First, people should go to vote to polling place. Second, disabled people can't vote Third, money that is used for analog voting system is tremendous. There is one more problem, the result of vote is shown lately.

3. What are the implications of my argument (What if I'm right? What if I'm right and people ignore me?)

1, My argument is that e-voting system should replace analog voting system. If I'm right, many people who couldn't vote because of handicaps or work will be able to vote without going polling place. Moreover, we can show to people the results of the vote immediately. However, many people said that e-voting can be hacked and the result can be changed. These problems also can be solved because experience of e-voting system can make technology developed.

My narration in first draft

In Italy where e-voting system is partly used, there was conflict that was about independence between Italy and Veneto which is city of Italy. That independence was failed because the number of people who want independence was lower than  the number of people who don't want independence of Veneto and this result was shown in e-voting immediately. We can refer from this example that Europe has used e-voting system and the virtue of e-voting system, E-voting system is a voting system  that allows people to vote with their computer with internet. It means that we can know the results of voting system immediately. There is one more virtue of e-voting system, that is : increase the number of participants who vote. The number of participants who vote with analog voting system is decreasing. According to research from National Statistical Office in Korea, in president election of Korea that use analog voting system, the number of participants who vote is decreasing because of some problems of analog voting system that e-voting system can solve.
